Attachments Alarm for Outlook is a plug-in for MS Outlook (it works with version 2000 or later) that checks the email subject and the text it contains, and if it finds expressions or words you previously configured (like "attach" or "attached" for example) then it will realize that the email should have an attachment.

If you try and send that email without attaching the file, then Attachments Alarm for Outlook will sound an alarm to remind you.
